Roe Jordan is the Owner and Lead Designer. She is a Mississippi Native with a big heart for Texas. She graduated from Mississippi State University with her Bachelors and received her Master's from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Roe is an experienced Wedding Planner & Designer and has been in the industry ten years. She specializes in high-glam, romantic, and elegant events, but has the ability to master any look! She is an Award-Winning Entrepreneur with a love for business mentoring and marriage advocacy and coaching.

I literally cry at EVERY single wedding. It can be on tv or a stranger's wedding. It's something about the
meaning of marriage that pull the strings to my heart!

I love tomboyish things like fishing, going to the shooting range, and watching football. I even use to work in the construction industry! Imagine that!

Meet Chanel Edmonds
Chanel Edmonds is the newest member of the Leir Dor & Company family. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, with a love for snow days, iced coffee, and The New England Patriots, Chanel made her way to the great state of Texas in 2019. Chanel is a graduate of Morgan State University, located in Baltimore, Maryland, where she received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and her Masters degree in Social Work.
Since 2012, Chanel has worked in the field of social work, in various roles serving her communities. Although her heart has been in this field for over a decade, Chanel’s creative and crafty qualities and her love for romance and luxury are what led her to pursue opportunities with Leir Dor!

Meet Justin Jordan
Justin Jordan is the Logistics + Importing Specialist for Leir Dor Decor and the Design Firm. He also oversee day of production of all events.
Justin is from Summit, MS and attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. He is a Cannabis Cultivator + Farm Developer with extensive experience in Transportation and Logistics.
​
His expertise in logistics and importing provides extreme value to the firm by allowing us to obtain the best quality decor and products. He also provides his importing services for other business owners and venue owners by importing inventory on their behalf wholesale.
​
Justin has been married to Owner, Roe Jordan since 2016 and has been key contributor to the success of this brand.
