​Leir Dor & Company is a wedding and event planning firm based in Grand Prairie, Texas with a portfolio around the South-Eastern States, specializing in fresh floral productions, elegant and timeless weddings, and creative and luxury social events. Leir Dor & Company offers Planning, Wedding Management, and Design + Decor services.
Founded by Lead Planner + Designer, Roe Jordan in 2018. However, the brand was conceptualized by Roe in 2006 in her Entrepreneurship class. The name "Leir Dor" is Roe's first name (Rodriel) spelled backwards.
After Roe decided to branch off from previous business and partner of (Chix & Glitz). She decided to move forward with putting the Brand to its' purpose, serving clients with grace, excellence, and with a purpose. The Leir Dor firm is an award-winning company and voted Grand Prairie's #1 Wedding Planning Company. Serving hundreds of clients and have successfully maintained a 5- Star rating.
